

**Ingredients:**
* 1 lb Italian sausage
* 1 cup diced onion
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 4 cups chicken broth
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 3 cups fresh spinach
* 1 cup diced cauliflower
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* Salt and pepper to taste
**Directions:**
1. Start by browning the Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Once it’s nicely browned, remove it from the pot and set it aside.
2. In the same pot, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté these until they become translucent and fragrant.
3. Next, pour in the chicken broth and stir in the diced cauliflower. Bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to soften the cauliflower.
5. Now it’s time to add the creamy goodness! Stir in the heavy cream, cooked sausage, fresh spinach, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Allow everything to cook together for an additional 5 minutes. When ready, serve hot and enjoy a bowl of this flavorful goodness!
