Biscuits Gravy Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
1 lb breakfast sausage
3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 packet (2.75 oz) sausage gravy mix
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook sausage until browned, draining off excess grease.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, and half the cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together gravy mix and milk until smooth. Pour over the sausage and hashbrown mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Separate biscuits and place them evenly over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and casserole is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
