Ingredients

1 large cauliflower head, divided into evenly sized florets

1/2 cup butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup plain breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Break the cauliflower into uniformly sized florets; if any are too large, simply cut them in half.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then mix in the minced garlic.

In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each cauliflower floret first into the garlic butter, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Arrange the breaded florets on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the coating is golden and crisp. Enjoy!
